Laxmi Singh hails from the city of Mumbai, she started her career at the Taj Mahal Hotel where she gained Managerial experience in the Hospitality Industry which was helped her to be very efficient and grounded, as the job puts you through insurmountable hurdles.
She then decided she was good at organizing and realized that production was organization. Hence, she pursued Production. She produced over 1500 commercials worked with various leading Advertising Companies. During this time, her creative talent and a keen sense of production management saw the company through several international award-winning commercials.
Later, the natural transition to feature films has only expanded the quiver of achievements that Laxmi Singh has forayed into and enhanced her abilities in the process. Her skills and experiences across multiple industries also gave her professional experiences varied insight.
The wealth of knowledge and experience gained in the industry resulted in the setting up of her own production house, KPS Productions, which has produced with conspicuous success, award-winning Commercials. Laxmi has worked as an Executive Producer/Co-Producer around 15 Bollywood Film of various genres of films shot in India and abroad. She has also worked in an assortment of TV Shows, Food Shows Comedy Shows, etc.
She is the Founder and Producer of KPS Production and a Line Production Company.
Ambica Setia is a storyteller at heart, with a vast experience in various filmmaking departments like Pre production , Production, Post, Creatives/Script Development, Costumes, & Direction having worked extensively over 15 years. Her body of work includes award winning films like Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, The Lunchbox, Shaitan, Bombay Rose apart from international projects like Trishna and Kavi, awardee of Student Oscars. . She has produced shorts , Epic Channel’s, Jaane Pehchaane’ , docu series for FIFA, for brands like Flipkart, pilot for The Woke Show , Brand Zeebu digital ads and has supervised on films like The Hungry, Kaalakaandi to name a few.
As a freelance writer, she has written for brands like Okaya Batteries, Amron Mobiles, Mother Dairy, Director showreels including Abdication starring Radhika Apte, MTV fully Faltoo, Bullet Echo.

Gary Aranha started his career as a production intern. Worked hard and moved forward to reach my goal. Post this, became a prop master where I used my skills in decorating sets with the art director. Then moved on the be an assistant director where my skills were recognized by foreign chief Ads like Tobby Hangus, Scott A Davis and Apoorva Lakhia who have done lot of international projects like Money Train, Batman Return etc. I moved up to be a Chief Assistant Director. Worked for a production house called KPS Production.
From January 2000 onwards, I have done more than 300 ad films. I work as an Associate Director now and have 19 years of experience in this field of work.
Moved on to work as an Associate Producer for a Untitled Amazon Web Series and various other Series. My role of an Associate Producer requires a combination of organizational skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of the filmmaking process. It is a collaborative role that involves working closely with various stakeholders to contribute to the overall success of the film project.
Shawn Arranha has been in the Film Industry more than 25 years in the media profession, Shawn Arranha started off as a production assistant in TVC Films in India. From then on for 5 years, he worked as an Assistant Director with various production houses, for Music Videos and Commercials. Some of the prestigious banners being Ramesh Deo Productions, Far Productions, Highlight Films, 30 Seconds, Rediffusion, Nomads, etc..
He then shifted to Films and worked on projects like Saathiya, Lakshya, Ek Ajnabee, The Rising : Mangal Pandey, Shootout At Lokhandwala, etc
He has Made His Debut Film Called Hide & Seek which got critical acclaimed by many reviewers.
He also Directed Teraa Surroor which was declared a Hit in the Box Office. He is also Producing various Feature for films for various OTT Channels in India.
